2. What Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to keep the site running and to understand how visitors use our games:
- Usage data — pages visited, time on page, browser type, device type, and approximate country (via Cloudflare Web Analytics). This data is aggregated and not linked to any individual identity.
- Communication data — if you email us, we hold your email address and the contents of your message for as long as necessary to resolve your query.
- Consent preference — we store your cookie consent choice locally in your browser (localStorage key
__cc_v1). This does not leave your device. - Age-gate confirmation — a session cookie (
__age_ok) records that you confirmed you are 18 or older. It expires with your browser session.
We do not collect names, postal addresses, payment information, national insurance numbers, or any special-category data. No account is required to play our games, so we hold no account profile for the vast majority of visitors.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use usage data to understand which games visitors enjoy and to improve site performance. We use communication data to reply to your enquiries. We do not use your data for automated profiling or decision-making, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

6. Data Retention
Aggregated analytics data is retained for up to 30 days before being permanently deleted. Support correspondence is retained for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
7. Third Parties
We use Cloudflare for content delivery, DDoS protection, and privacy-respecting analytics. Cloudflare processes traffic data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. We may also use Google Ads to promote the site — if you arrive via a paid Google Ad, Google's advertising cookies may be set with your consent. 8. International Transfers
Cloudflare operates a global network. Traffic may be processed by Cloudflare servers outside the UK. Cloudflare participates in the UK International Data Transfer Agreement framework and provides appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict your personal data; the right to object to processing; and the right to data portability where applicable. 10. Children
